This mantel is modeled after original Kentucky hayloft timbers, capturing hand-hewn tool marks, dowel ends, nail holes, character knots, and weathered splits.

The Hayloft Beam Mantel is modeled directly from an old-growth hand-hewn beam with a cross-section of 8 inches deep and 5.375 inches tall at the wall edge, providing plenty of space to display your trophies. Features include rough-hewn tool marks, dowel ends, nail holes, checks & splits, and character knots.

Each Hayloft Beam Mantel is hand molded in our patented Burncrer mantel and captures the details of the original timber beam mantel in exquisite detail, combining the look and feel of a traditional timber beam mantel with the safety, convenience, and easy installation of a non-combustible mantel shelf.

Our hollow core design makes this beam mantel extremely DIY friendly and easy to install over existing walls with special skills or tools required.
